Family owned and operated since 1999, Mike Winn has been tinting the windows of Atlanta since 1987. Mike installs and custom builds all film and screen installations for our clients. Michelle Smith, Mike's sister-in-law, handles the office, sales and marketing, for Energy Control Consultants.

Out tools, ladders and inventory arrive clean and in great condition in our pair of vans that are fleet maintained and detailed regurlarly. (No oil leaks on our clients' driveways!)

We use only the Little Giant Ladder Systems for our elevated installs. These are the safest, most stable ladders n the world. they allow us to install film without resting an extension ladder on the clients' wall or trim.
