• Can CoolScreens fit my existing windows and doors?
  Yes, CoolScreens are custom built on site using digital lasar measurements to ensure a perfect fit
  
  
• What Happens when my dog, child or a person walks into the screen?
  CoolScreens are built with extra mesh on the core. this extra mesh allows for some give when walked in to. in most situations, you simply reset the door by opening and closing it and the door is ready for use. If the mesh does get cut or torn, it is easily replaced by ECC.
  
  
• Are there colors available?
  White, Almond or Bronze are our standard colors, however, we hava local (Atlanta) powder coater that can custom powder coat colors for us.
  
  
• How are CoolScreens different than other retractable screens?
  - Most other retractable screens are a one size fits most application. CoolScreens are custom built to your exact needs and dimensions.
  - Most other retractable screens use a little 1" magnet with metal plates for a latch. CoolScreens utilize a full height magnet for a better seal in the basic model and simple latch with brush pile in the smooth upgrade.
  - Most retractable screens rapidly recoil given the opportunity when let go. CoolScreens with the smooth upgrade stay put when let go and slide smoothly when pushed or pulled.
  - Most other retractable screens have handles that are in a fixed, predetermined position. CoolScreens handles are adjustable and independant of each other. many times the outside handle might need to be lower due to steps down to the deck or garage. We canalso add additional handles at lower levels for childrens' use.
  - Most other retractable screens use a rail system for the screen to travel on. This leaves a rather noticable gap through which insects can enter. CoolScreens top and bottom guides are lined with brush pile to ensure that there is no daylight gaps for insects to enter.
  
  
• What color is your mesh?
  CoolScreens uses a mesh from Phiffer that is charcoal in color. This offers exceptional visibility through the screen when in use.We can also usa a silver mesh, however silver tends to distort the view and not be as clear as the charcoal.
